Four Seasons Yachts – A New Category of Yachting

It’s been a full year since Four Seasons hotel and resort announced they were getting into the small ship yacht business. It’s been quiet since. But at a press conference at the Monaco Yacht Show, Four Seasons Yachts officials gave an update.

The new yacht line looks like it will be the most luxurious yacht line in the world! They’re calling it a new category of yachting, a category of one.

Four Seasons revealed some details on its design, including their four-deck Funnel suite. This is the suite located on the top of the yacht.

Features of the Funnel Suite:

  • The suite will measure more than 9,600 square feet.
  • Private spa and personal pool.
  • Largest curved glass structure of all leisure vessels.
  • The bottom floor is a full deck apartment with a private kitchen and access to a private deck outside.

As for the rest of the ship:

  • It is 207 meters (679 feet) long and 27 meters (89 feet) wide, and it will feature 14 decks
  • The vessel will feature just 95 accommodations, in an all-suite layout
  • Accommodations will be a minimum of 54 square meters (581 square feet) including indoor and outdoor space, and 60% of the vessel’s inventory will be in excess of 76 square meters (818 square feet)
  • Rooms will have a minimum ceiling height of 2.4 meters (7.9 feet)
  • The ship will offer nearly 50% more living space per guest than what’s currently available in the industry
  • Eleven onboard restaurants and bars that celebrate Four Seasons rich history of culinary innovation. Perfectly paired with stunning sea views.
  • Restaurants, lounges and bars – Spa, salon, and wellness center.
  • Health and wellness reimagined with a full spa, salon, and wellness program.
  • The largest pool deck in its class for greatest leisure and relaxation. A 66 foot long swimming pool. The area transforms into an outdoor theatre and event space.
  • The yacht will also have two “marinas,” which fold out from opposite sides of the vessel so guests can access launches or engage in water sports.

No new renderings available but I will post here on this blog once I can get some photos and videos on my YouTube Channel so subscribe to the channel to get updated.

Globally renowned design by Fincantieri of Italy, one of the world’s most respected shipbuilders with more than 230 years of history. Every detail recognizes and anticipates guests’ needs, from exquisite style to ultra-luxurious appointments.

The yacht’s first itineraries will be in the Mediterranean and Caribbean and will be centered around breathtaking destinations that offer highly bespoke shore excursions, as well as one-of-a-kind overland adventures.

“We’re a hybrid, a new category of yacht,” said Pimental (one of Four Seasons Yachts executives), when asked about whether this should be called a yacht rather than small cruise ship. “When you look at the space per person, it’s the highest space ratio in the passenger-shipping industry. We’re spending $4.3 million per cabin. There’s nothing that’s remotely close to that.”

Four Seasons Yachts will absolutely by like no other experience on the seas. The most luxurious accommodations, 5-star service, exquisite gourmet dining. Four Seasons will be the cream of the crop!

Scheduled to set sail towards the end of 2024 but reservations should be opening soon. I’ll be updating you here so subscribe if you are not yet subscribed. I’ll also put a link in the description to keep updated by email or if you’d like to receive a phone call.
